Showers, Showers, and more showers
Brett and I are so very blessed with lots of friends of family who have been "showering" us with gifts.
My best friend since 7th grade, Robi, and my mom threw one for close friends two weeks ago.

The following weekend my aunt Cindy and cousin Trena threw one for my side of the family. Our friends John and Sarah Pell were here visiting from North Carolina this weekend too so we got to get together with them and our other friends from college.

This past weekend friends from church also had a shower for me and the following day Brett's mom had one at her house for Brett's family and friends. Wow !

Surprise !!!
My sister Christina, known to most as Scoobs has been hard at work in Boston dissecting her cadaver (brave people who donate their bodies to science in order to advance the knowledge of young students wanting to become doctors) in her endeavor to become a Dr of Physical Therapy. I am SO very proud of her but definitely have been missing her as we approach the birth of Ayla. She took me by complete surprise and flew in last weekend to come to my shower. Pretty amazing of her huh?
